Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "8888y", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to 8888y and the online gaming platform accessible at 8888y.one, operated under international gaming licensing standards.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses an 8888y account.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with 8888y.
• "Balance" — the total PKR amount held in a Player's 8888y wallet at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player from a verified personal payment account, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to an Account pursuant to a specific bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and payment method verification, as required by 8888y's compliance obligations.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, and other features available through the 8888y platform.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, service marks, logos, software, game content, data, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials associated with 8888y.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8888y platform — whether by registering an account, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 8888y Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions unconditionally, you must cease all use of the 8888y platform immediately and must not register or maintain an account.

8888y reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to and use of the 8888y platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform. 8888y operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any business, corporate entity, or other legal person.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or other legal impediment that would prohibit you from entering into a binding agreement or from engaging in online gaming activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an 8888y employee or contractor in a role with access to platform operational data.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.

8888y performs age verification checks at the point of registration and may request additional verification documents at any subsequent stage. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds held in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and will not be returned. 8888y takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiry related to age compliance.

Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 8888y platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 8888y reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances held in them pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• Your date of birth
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used for account verification and OTP delivery)
• A valid email address where applicable
• Your payment method details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account registered in your own name)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 8888y will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until you notify 8888y of any unauthorised access. 8888y must be notified of any security breach or suspected unauthorised use of your Account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8888y are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8888y accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All payment accounts used for depositing must be registered in your own legal name; third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly upon successful transaction confirmation
• Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the banking channel's processing time
• 8888y does not apply any deposit processing fee; standard charges imposed by your payment provider are outside 8888y's control

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be required to submit documentation before a withdrawal is approved
• Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full
• 8888y processes approved withdrawals within 24 hours during business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider
• 8888y reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected

Bonuses & Promotions

8888y offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion only.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits can be withdrawn
• Bonus offers are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period
• 8888y reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice
• Participation in any 8888y promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using promotional funds, creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or exploiting promotional terms not in the spirit of the offer — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings
• 8888y uses automated systems and manual review to detect promotional abuse. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts suspended

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8888y platform — including live casino games, slot titles, sportsbook markets, and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules published for each game type within the platform interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes on 8888y are produced by certified RNG systems independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 8888y does not manipulate game outcomes and is not able to alter the results of any individual game round once initiated.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with 8888y's official settlement rules for each sport and market type. 8888y reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been affected by an error, technical malfunction, or where credible evidence of match manipulation or corruption has been identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8888y platform. Players found to be engaging in any of the following may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed and any balances held forfeited:

• Registering more than one account on 8888y under any name, identity, or device
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 8888y platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on 8888y without prior written consent
• Colluding with other players in any game on the platform
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 06
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards 8888y staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the 8888y platform's source code, databases, or server infrastructure
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements

Responsible Gaming

8888y is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Self-exclusion requests submitted by a player are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period elected by the player. 8888y will not accept deposits from or reinstate access for self-excluded players during their exclusion window, regardless of circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property comprised in or associated with the 8888y platform — including but not limited to the 8888y brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game content licensed to 8888y, text, graphics, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 8888y or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to any player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8888y platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or any other use of 8888y's Intellectual Property without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888y's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by that player into their 8888y Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 8888y is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• 8888y is not liable for losses resulting from network connectivity failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions that are outside 8888y's direct operational control
• 8888y is not liable for the accuracy or availability of third-party sports data used in sportsbook settlement where that data has been provided by an independent feed provider
• Gambling involves financial risk. 8888y does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from use of the Services

Account Suspension & Closure

8888y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage
• The Account has been used in connection with any prohibited conduct as described in Section 08
• The Account is subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Keeping the Account active would expose 8888y to financial, legal, or reputational risk

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 8888y will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days. Where a player's Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, 8888y reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that Account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to breach — such as at the player's own request — real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

8888y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 8888y will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at 8888y.one/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 8888y platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8888y's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By using the 8888y platform, players agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures in the first instance.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 8888y, the player is encouraged to contact 8888y's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 8888y is committed to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through internal dispute resolution, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures published by that authority.
